With the ever growing market of web design , there is a need for designers to do updates, maintenance for there customers. It is easier if the designer has access to the website all the time. This also benefits the customer as well as if any changes need done the designer can just login and make the changes. Most designers sell a total package where you get updates, upgrades and hosting included. This is where the reseller package comes into the mix for the web designer.
As a web designer you can make a nice return on the monthly customer base you build up. If you work hard and get higher end clients you can charge 1,000-2,000 up front for the design and back end of the project. Then an on going monthly fee for web hosting, updates, upgrades, security issues that arise. If you do the math , if you get 250 clients over time and charge them 15.00 per month for web hosting that will add up to 3750.00 per month in on going fee’s. That is a nice extra revenue stream besides still doing your new design clients that are incoming. The goal would be to find a provider for the designer he could build a relationship with long term. There are a handful of reseller hosting companys that are decent.

As you can see from there pricing , you can get an annual plan for around $95.40 if prepayed. If you want to add the whmcs billing system to the purchase i would go to there expert plan and use coupon code 20off to bring it to 23.00 per month. Not a bad deal since whmcs is 15.95 a month by itself . There medium plan is more space but everything else is the same in specs and what you get included into the plan. Hostoople has a fast growing customer satisfaction around the web design community. If you search for reviews on them you will see a high review mark and people promoting them due to there excellent customer service and response times.
